8-month progress! This bride trained with us 2 days a week for 8 months; she wanted to reduce her body fat and lose inches in her waist to look great in her wedding dress.

She lost 27lbs. Lost 10 inches in her waist and cut her body fat from 31.2% to 22.7%!!!

 

6-month progress! This bride started training with us 3 days a week 12 months before her big day; she wanted to gain muscle and sculpt her body to look great in her wedding dress.

She lost 8lbs and cut her body fat from 21% to 14%!!!

I originally signed on for 6 months and when those six months were up, I signed on for 6 more. I lost 7% body fat and a total of 8 lbs. But most importantly, I gained an incredible amount of confidence and a new found love for fitness. Something that I see as priceless!

6-month progress! This bride started training with us 2 days a week and came to us exactly 12 months before her wedding date. Her goal was to lose weight, gain muscle, become active and feel great.

At her 6 month evaluation – she has lost over 20 pounds and lost 8% body fat! She went from a 38 inch waist to a 31 inch waist! Her arms were 14 inches, now they are toned and 11 inches. Her thighs were 26 inches and now are 21 inches. That’s just in 6 months!
