Hey guys, my name is Richard and I’m the head trainer and studio manager for Bells and Barbells! I have been a trainer for almost 4 years now and I have loved every minute of it. During my fitness career, I have competed in powerlifting and handled many competitors through their own competitions. I also specialize in strength-based and injury rehabilitation training.
I love working at Bells and Barbells because of the energy I get from everyone! Everyone is motivated and ready to get things done, and that just pushes me to be a better trainer as well. Everyone comes in and leaves with a huge smile whether it be 6 in the morning or 8 in the evening.
When I am not training myself or my clients, I love doing escape rooms! I love being put into environments that makes me think quick on my feet, which is what I love here at Bells and Barbells. I am always coming up with new exercises because every client is different!
