Virtual Wedding Fitness Trainer + Asst Studio Manager
Kaila is a wedding fitness trainer and assistant studio manager for Bells and Barbells Wedding Fitness! She is Action Personal Trainer Certified and is currently studying to be a Spin Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor. She was an asset to our clients during COVID-19, where her experience as a virtual trainer helped her clients continue training without missing a beat.
Although she loves to work her glutes to EXHAUSTION, her favorite form of working out is Olympic weightlifting. The most important aspect of fitness to Kaila is learning to love yourself and your body during the process.
What she loves most about working at Bells and Barbells is watching our brides (as well as bridesmaids and grooms) using their wedding as motivation to reach their full potential.
