The Difference Between Bells and Barbells and “Off The Shelf” Programs
I am sure you have seen them on your Facebook newsfeed and have been tempted by the lure of the quick fix potential, but the truth of the matter is, “off the shelf” nutrition and training programs end up leaving users with feelings of dissatisfaction and frustration while also leaving them ill equipped to handle and maintain a sustainable diet once the introductory program ends.
So how is Bells and Barbells different from off the shelf programs such as Beachbody, 21 Day Fix, 10 Minute Trainer, P90x, Insanity, Nutrisystem, Turbofire, Herbalife, PiYo and Focus T25?
Bells and Barbells is a personal training and nutrition program. To put it in wedding terms, it is a custom service vs something off the rack.
Planning for the biggest day of your life can be stressful and overwhelming. The last thing you need is a do it yourself project. You don’t need to worry about motivating yourself to go to the gym and make sure you are doing the correct exercises to look your best for your specific dress. We make sure every client moves with precision, activates the correct muscle groups and never moves incorrectly.
Bells and Barbells holds you accountable and takes all the stress out of making sure that you will look your best on your biggest day. All you have to do is show up to our Knox/Henderson studio for your training sessions. We take care of the rest!
One size fits all does not work for the bride-to-be. Your workout needs to be customized to your body type and dress. Your nutrition needs to be customized to your busy schedule and lifestyle. Not into seafood? We can help you plan around it. Busy work schedule as a nurse? We can help you plan quick and easy meals to take with you. Need to work around old injuries? We can modify your work out appropriately and even help rehab those injuries.
Custom isn’t for everyone. But, if you are committed to making the changes required to look your absolute best for your big day, then Bells and Barbells is for you.
