If you are a bride-to-be that has considered adding strength training to your gym routine but worry about "bulking up" or "getting huge", READ THIS.  Strength training won't have those effect usnless you aim for it. Like most women, I am guilty of thinking the same thing and it's time we give ourselves a little shake!
